Cancellation, Return & Refund Terms
Our terms for Cancellation, Return & Refund applies to all goods purchased from our Website. We recommend reading this policy before making a purchase to understand our cancellation, refund, return, and remedy procedures.


Right to Cancel
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before goods are dispatched. Please notify us in writing before the order is dispatched. An order that is dispatched may not be canceled. Upon a successful cancellation, we will provide a full refund based on the order amount.


How to Cancel
To cancel an order, contact us before goods are dispatched and notify us via email at info[at]bettarplay.com or via mobile messaging. Include your Order Acknowledgment or order number and specify the goods you wish to cancel. The cancellation will be effective as long as the order has not been dispatched.


Return Restrictions
For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless mutually agreed by the buyer and Bettar Play writing. We reserve the right to reject unreasonable returns.


Returning Goods
To return your order, please contact us regarding the return. All return requests must be made within 14 days of dispatch, you may contact us via email at info[at]bettarplay.com to make a return request with your order information, and upon agreement, any delivery or shipping fees incurred to return the goods to Bettar Play shall be incurred by the Buyer.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the goods will undergo inspection which may take up to 3 days. If the return is deemed valid, we will refund the good returned as per order, excluding return shipping costs. If the return is invalid, we will notify you and arrange to return the items to you, with a chargeable delivery fee.


Refunds
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, or a refund payment method that is agreed by the buyer and Bettar Play. We reserve the right to reduce refunds if negligence or mishandling is evident. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days, subject to payment processing times. If returned goods are not received within 14 days of dispatch, we may refuse a refund.
