Orders
Placing Your Order
Your order is an offer to purchase goods from Bettar Play. If you order more than one item, your order comprises a series of offers for each item individually.

The Order Acknowledgement page and email set out the final details of your order. Please take care when placing your order, as you will be unable to add to or amend your order after we send the Order Acknowledgement email.

The Order Acknowledgement contains details of the goods you have ordered, the total cost of the order including delivery, and an order number. You should print off a copy of the Order Acknowledgment email and a copy of these Terms and Conditions and keep them safe.

Please note that the Order Acknowledgement is simply an acknowledgement that your order has been received; it does not indicate that we have accepted your order and does not form a binding contract. The Website reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time.


Order Acceptance
Order Acceptance and completion of the Contract between you and Bettar Play will only be completed upon Bettar Play issuing a Confirmation of Dispatch of the goods to you. Until Bettar Play dispatches your goods, no Contract will have been formed.

Bettar Play reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order without giving any reasons to you prior to issue of the Confirmation of Dispatch. Should Bettar Play refuse your order, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.


Payment & Pricing
You can make payment for the goods with the various payment methods set out on the Website. The terms and conditions applicable to each type of payment shall be applicable to the Contract.

Payment will be taken at the time you place your order. If there are any problems taking payment, Bettar Play will contact you. Taking payment does not mean Bettar Play has accepted your order, and if the order is not accepted, a full refund will be given as soon as reasonably possible.


Payment Methods

• PayPal: Credit and debit card payments are available through PayPal, protected by industry-leading encryption standards. Additional charges may apply for non-Malaysian issued cards due to Foreign Exchange.
• Cash Bank-In: Transfer the payment to Bettar Play's account in Ringgit Malaysia. This service may be refused at Bettar Play's discretion.
• Third-Party Payment Gateway: Supports various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online banking. The gateway employs industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your payment information.

Payment Authorization
By initiating a payment for your order, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your chosen payment method. You confirm that you have the necessary funds available and that the payment will be honored by your financial institution.

Pricing
The price of the goods and/or services is the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) stated on the Website at the time of purchase. The RRP excludes government tax and delivery charges, which are the buyer's responsibility.

The delivery fee for your order will generally be as stated on the Website at the time of purchase, calculated based on your postcode, the weight, size, nature, and value of your goods.


Pricing Errors

Delivery Process
After placing your order online, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Confirmation of Dispatch email, including tracking information. A signature may be required upon delivery, and the recipient must be an adult capable of accepting the delivery on your behalf.


Delivery Arrangements
Goods will be delivered to the address specified by you during the online order process. The location must be within Malaysia and within our predefined delivery areas, accessible by road. Ensuring we can deliver to the provided address is your responsibility. We will not be liable for any delivery delays due to your actions or omissions.


Delivery Dates
Delivery dates are estimates only. While we aim to meet these dates, actual delivery times may vary. We strive to deliver your order within 21 days, depending on stock availability and your location, and will deliver within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.


Delivery Schedule
Delivery schedule is based on the third party delivery partners and their operation hours, typically the delivery hours are from Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 6pm, to the point of entry at the delivery address. The time of delivery may vary depending on the courier company’s schedule.


Ownership and Risk
Once goods are delivered to you or your representative, ownership transfers to you, and you assume all risk for the goods.


Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Goods
Inspect your goods upon receipt, checking packaging and the number of packages. If there is obvious damage or items are missing or incorrect, note this on the delivery document. We will reorder missing items and replace damaged or incorrect items at no additional cost. Report any issues within a reasonable time after receiving your goods.


Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods received are faulty or damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info[at]bettarplay.com. Retain damaged items for inspection. If you dispose of damaged items before we can inspect them, it may affect your replacement claim.


Liability
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, data, anticipated savings, business interruption, or damage to reputation.


Home Delivery Services
For Home Delivery Services, we are not responsible for repairing pre-existing faults or damage to your property. These services are for domestic and private use only, not for commercial or resale purposes.


Cancellation, Return & Refund Terms
Our terms for Cancellation, Return & Refund applies to all goods purchased from our Website. We recommend reading this policy before making a purchase to understand our cancellation, refund, return, and remedy procedures.


Right to Cancel
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before goods are dispatched. Please notify us in writing before the order is dispatched. An order that is dispatched may not be cancelled. Upon a successful cancellation, we will provide a full refund based on the order amount.


How to Cancel
To cancel an order, contact us before goods are dispatched and notify us via email at info[at]bettarplay.com or via mobile messaging. Include your Order Acknowledgment or order number and specify the goods you wish to cancel. The cancellation will be effective as long as the order has not been dispatched.


Return Restrictions
For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless mutually agreed by the buyer and Bettar Play writing. We reserve the right to reject unreasonable returns.


Returning Goods
To return your order, please contact us regarding the return. All return requests must be made within 14 days of dispatch, you may contact us via email at info[at]bettarplay.com to make a return request with your order information, and upon agreement, any delivery or shipping fees incurred to return the goods to Bettar Play shall be incurred by the Buyer.

Return goods to:

Upon receiving the returned goods, the goods will undergo inspection which may take up to 3 days. If the return is deemed valid, we will refund the good returned as per order, excluding return shipping costs. If the return is invalid, we will notify you and arrange to return the items to you, with a chargeable delivery fee.


Refunds
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, or a refund payment method that is agreed by the buyer and Bettar Play. We reserve the right to reduce refunds if negligence or mishandling is evident. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days, subject to payment processing times. If returned goods are not received within 14 days of dispatch, we may refuse a refund.


Warranty Information

Warranty Coverage

Warranties are valid from the date of purchase, and the original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase. Only certain products are covered by a Limited Warranty.


Exclusions
The terms of this limited warranty does not cover:

• Goods not covered by the Limited Warranty or customized goods.
• Goods that have been improperly used, abused, misused, mishandled, altered, or cleaned not according to the product’s suggested guide.
• Normal wear and tear, consequential, or incidental damages.
• Goods that have been placed outdoors, under direct sunlight, or used for non-domestic purposes.
• Goods deemed unsuitable for the user's intended purpose.

We do not guarantee that our products will cure or relieve any medical conditions. The Limited Warranties apply only to the original purchaser of the product and are non-transferable. For specific warranty details, refer to the Limited Warranty terms for each product. We are not liable for products after the warranty period has expired.


Obtaining Warranty Service
To receive warranty service, please contact us at info[at]bettarplay.com with your proof of purchase and details about the issue. We will evaluate the product to determine if it is covered under its Limited Warranty. We will then either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable one, depending on what is available and at our discretion. The cost of repair will vary based on the warranty terms for each product. You are responsible for the transportation costs for repairs. All terms are void if repair work has not been authorized by us. Any defective parts removed during repair will become our property. If a replacement is necessary, we will determine what constitutes an appropriate replacement.


Bettar Play Cushions
2-Year Limited Warranty
Each set of Bettar Play cushions comes with a 2-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with international manufacturing guidelines.

• This warranty does not cover the fabric cover and inner cushions that have been soiled, burned, physically abused, or improperly cared for. The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse service if the items are deemed unsanitary.
• You are responsible for the fees incurred for transporting the goods for repairs.
• The warranty does not apply to covers and cushions that have worn out due to abnormal use or natural wear and tear.
• Any manufacturing defects discovered within the first year of purchase will be repaired at no cost, however, transportation costs are borne by the buyer.
• Bettar Play reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality if the identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement.
• We are not responsible for repairs done outside of our factory.
• Bettar Play may choose to repair or replace only certain parts and components of the cushions.
• The warranty covers manufacturing faults only; it does not guarantee fun, comfort, or sleeping satisfaction. Personal comfort preferences (too soft or too hard) are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
• All cushions will show usage impressions and will soften with use. This is not a structural defect covered by the warranty. Body impressions are normal and expected for upholstery designed to provide cushioning.

Uncontrollable Events
We are not liable for delays or failures to perform our obligations if caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

The following are considered events beyond our control:

• Acts of God, explosions, floods, storms, fires, accidents and such.
• Wars, threats of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbances, or requisitions.
• Governmental, parliamentary, or local authority restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions, or measures.
• Import or export regulations or restraints.
• Traffic interruptions, strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial actions or trade disputes.
• Production or operation interruptions, difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labor, fuel, parts, or machinery.
• Power failures or machinery breakdowns.

If any of the above events occur, we may:

• Fully or partially suspend delivery while the event or circumstances continue.
• Terminate any affected contract immediately by written notice to you. A refund for your order will be processed, but we are not liable for any resulting loss or damage.

Liability
By accessing and using the Website, you acknowledge that you use the Website at your own risk. The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all terms and conditions, whether expressed or implied, regarding the use of the Website.
