Delivery Process
After placing your order online, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Confirmation of Dispatch email, including tracking information. A signature may be required upon delivery, and the recipient must be an adult capable of accepting the delivery on your behalf.


Delivery Arrangements
Goods will be delivered to the address specified by you during the online order process. The location must be within Malaysia and within our pre-defined delivery areas, accessible by road. Ensuring we can deliver to the provided address is your responsibility. We will not be liable for any delivery delays due to your actions or omissions.


Delivery Dates
Delivery dates are estimates only. While we aim to meet these dates, actual delivery times may vary. We strive to deliver your order within 21 days, depending on stock availability and your location, and will deliver within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.


Delivery Schedule
Delivery schedule is based on the third party delivery partners and their operation hours, typically the delivery hours are from Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 6pm, to the point of entry at the delivery address. The time of delivery may vary depending on the courier company’s schedule.


Ownership and Risk
Once goods are delivered to you or your representative, ownership transfers to you, and you assume all risk for the goods.


Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Goods
Inspect your goods upon receipt, checking packaging and the number of packages. If there is obvious damage or items are missing or incorrect, note this on the delivery document. We will reorder missing items and replace damaged or incorrect items at no additional cost. Report any issues within a reasonable time after receiving your goods.


Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods received are faulty or damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info[at]bettarplay.com. Retain damaged items for inspection. If you dispose of damaged items before we can inspect them, it may affect your replacement claim.


Liability
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, data, anticipated savings, business interruption, or damage to reputation.
